Sheet Sets, Enlarge/Reduce

Wouldn't a bond copy be more useful than a blueprint? From a single sheet to an entire set of construction documents, bond copies are the choice of builders and owners for their clarity, sharp crisp lines and their ability not to deteriorate in sunlight like traditional blueprints.

With our high speed, top of the line fleet of Xerographic/Oce copiers we can handle your large copy jobs with ease and efficiency. Our system features a one step enlargement or reduction option that allows us to make accurate adjustments from 5% to 3000% on bond, vellum, mylar and presentation bond. We can create prints up to 36" wide by any reasonable length.

Substrates ranging from check plot bond, translucent bond, presentation bond, vellum, mylar, acetate and water-color paper are available.

Large Format

Is your document set made up of drawings from different consultants and designers? We have a solution for you. With our built in scanning capabilities, we can create hybrid sets comprised of CAD and Microstation plots, image files (TIF, PDF, JPG, CALS, etc:) and scanned originals. This allows us to plot the sheets you need in each set.Instead of working from a set of "master" originals, the integrated digital features of this system allow us to archive your plot files, image files and hard copies to create original plots as you need them. So the last set you need is as clear and sharp as the first. We can quickly and easily print discipline or trade specific drawing sets, on demand. Thus saving you time and money when ordering reprints or additional sets.

Small Format

Specifications are the lifeline of construction projects. Richa can print specifications from file through Richa's document archiving system. From printing up project manuals, to providing a specific addenda or division, Richa can handle it all for you.

Computer Aided Drafting

Richa Graphics can plot your CAD files for you. We can accept files from either AutoCad or Microstation (MAC or PC) and create plots for you at any scale you need up to 72" wide by any length. Also, Richa can plot out image files such as TIF, JPG, PDF, CALS, EPS, QXD, PSD, etc: Whether you need presentation prints or contract documents, we can plot to vellum, bond, or mylar.
